This article covers how to power cycle the PLC gateway for troubleshooting purposes.

1. Disconnect the power

Unplug the green power connector on the gateway, make sure the PWR led on the gateway turns off.

Or unplug the power adapter on the other end, make sure the PWR led on the gateway turns off.

2. Reconnect the power

Plug back in the green power connector and the power adapter, make sure the PWR led on the gateway turns on again.
